Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of https://streamlineyourlife1111.com/ (the “Website”) and consultation bookings made through the Website. The Website is operated by Streamline Your Life 1111, LLC, doing business as Streamline Your Life 1111 Professional Organizing (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to browsing the Website, submitting inquiries, and scheduling complimentary consultations.
They do not establish the terms for paid organizing or related services. Before paid work begins, we provide a proposal detailing the work and require a signature accepting all of the terms.
If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement regarding paid services, the signed agreement governs those services.
2. Website Information and Service Areas
The Website provides general information about our professional organizing and related services.
We serve clients in Broward County and Palm Beach County, Florida. Availability for a particular location, project, or appointment is confirmed directly with us.
Descriptions, photographs, testimonials, and project examples illustrate our work. They do not promise a particular outcome, completion date, or price for another project.
3. Complimentary Consultations
Consultations are complimentary and provide an opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions, and determine whether our services may be a suitable fit.
Booking or attending a consultation:
- Does not obligate you to purchase services.
- Does not authorize paid work.
- Does not guarantee project acceptance, availability, or a particular result.
- Does not replace the proposal required before paid work begins.
Please provide accurate contact and scheduling information so we can communicate with you about your appointment.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a complimentary consultation.
We do not charge consultation cancellation or rescheduling fees, including when less than 24 hours’ notice is provided. Advance notice helps us make the appointment available to others.
Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your booking confirmation, if available, or contact us at:
denise@streamlineyourlife1111.com
If we need to change a consultation appointment, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work with you to arrange another time.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for paid services, if any, are addressed in the proposal.
5. Project Proposals and Pricing
Our paid services are priced by project. The work to be performed is detailed in a proposal before work begins.
General information on the Website is not a binding project quotation. The applicable proposal specify the agreed scope, pricing, and other project terms.
Any changes to the agreed work are handled through the proposal process, not through these Website Terms.
6. Appropriate Use of the Website
You may use the Website to learn about our services, contact us, and schedule consultations.
You agree not to:
- Submit knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful material.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for someone else.

7. Information You Submit
Please submit only information you are entitled to share and that is reasonably relevant to your inquiry or consultation.
Do not include passwords, property access codes, financial account numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information in general Website forms.
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize us to publish your name, photographs, or testimonial. We obtain separate permission before publishing client photographs or testimonials.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
